Stephanie Tobben, Catering Sales Manager Stephanie is so smart she’s scary. Armed with a business degree from Cornell and a culinary degree from the New England Culinary Academy, Stephanie exudes intelligence and passion. She started her career in Big Sur and Napa before winning an award from Bon Appétit that landed her at the Cannes Film Festival planning and coordinating special events for the stars.
As a catering professional, Stephanie’s intense focus on detail does not distract her from seeing the big picture. As a foodie, she’s adventurous and counts banana curry ice cream as one of her more recent successes. As a party animal, she has some stories to tell, but you’ll need to pry them out of her when no one else is within earshot.

Julien Lancrerot, Executive Chef
Chef Julien presides over the kitchen at Food Glorious Food with a Ginzu Knife and French accent. A native Parisian, he graduated Les Côtes de Villebon culinary school and quickly established a solid reputation in French cuisine by working in several award-winning restaurants throughout France. He emigrated to America and demonstrated his mastery in both Las Vegas and South Carolina kitchens before joining the FGF team. He describes his style of cuisine as a fusion of French, Asian, and Modern American. Our customers describe it as “ooh-la-la.”
